Electrical Engineering Technology

Welcome to the Electrical Engineering Technology program. Our program is designed to enable students to enter the job market as an Electrical Engineering Technician. The program offers the Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Design Concentration Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree and Electrical/Electronic Fundamentals Technical Certificate.
Electrical Design Concentration
The Electrical Design Concentration focuses primarily on programmable logic controllers (PLCs), microcontrollers, instrumentation, robotics and industrial control systems, electromechanical devices, and 3-phase power systems.
Electrical/Electronic Fundamentals Technical Certificate
The Electrical/Electronic Fundamentals Technical Certificate emphasizes the basic skills needed to begin careers in either the electrical or electronics engineering technology fields
